Summer is the perfect time to get a new look; and there is a place created especially for kids to have a fab makeover - at Modhesh World.

That's just another fantastic surprise Modhesh World organizers pulled up its sleeves to make summer more fun and exciting.

At the Character Zone little girls have a chance to make their dreams of becoming a princess come true. Here, they can choose to wear a gown of their favorite cartoon or fairy tale character, with a matching crown to boot. Parents can then ask a photographer on site to capture the "precious princess moment" for a truly unforgettable and magical experience.

Dreaming of becoming Snow White since she first heard the story of the beautiful princess from far, far away, six-year old Hind from Qatar finally had her chance when she visited Modhesh World. She gamely put on the gown, and fixed the crown to her aid and posed regally for a picture perfect moment. "I love Snow White because she is not only very pretty, she also has a good heart," she said.

Mothers will have a great time bonding with their daughters at the Discovery Centre, where they can have fun having their nail polished and painted with the colours they like. For an equally thrilling girlie activity, they can move on to the Panasonic Zone where they can try on different Panasonic beauty styling products to get a fancy and fun new hair-do – either getting a curl or having it straightened for a quick touch of glam, all for fun!

Samaa, 8, from Egypt pleaded with her mom to get a spot in the zone. She got in and got her hair straightened. "I am surprised that the straightening iron does not hurt at all. I want to have straight hair so I am happy that my mother allowed me to do this."

The beauty makeover will not be complete without a little face painting session, which children can have at the unique Modhesh World Salon, where organic materials are used for face painting, a safe and fun beauty option for kids. The salon offers hairstyling services as well, provided by trained staff specializing in children's haircuts - all done in a colorful and child-friendly environment.

Modhesh World is open to visitors until August 25th 2012 and operates throughout the week from 10 am – 10 pm on weekdays, 10 am -12 midnight on Thursday, and 2 pm – 12 midnight on Friday. Entry to Modhesh World costs AED 10 each for visitors aged 3 and above.
