Hollywood star Tom Cruise will only lose USD 15 million from his divorce from Katie Holmes, which is very small compared to his wealth estimation.

"Nina People" website reported that the actress signed a prenuptial agreement, to receive 3 Million for every year they were married.

Holmes made sure to get custody of her 6 year old daughter Suri.

Reports noted that the actor's Scientology religion might be the reason behind the divorce, but Holmes only cited different opinions in the divorce papers.

The marriage is Katie's first, and she is only 33 years old, while it was Cruise's third and he is 49 years old.

The actor was married to Nicole Kidman for ten years and before her, actress Mimi Rogers.
