"ABC" network is planning a new series about the life of Egyptian queen Cleopatra and are arranging it with "ABC Studios". Another British and American production companies have also expressed interest in this project.

"Nina People" website reported that scriptwriter Michael Seitzman finished all scenario and the producers want to put a huge budget for the cast, accessories and wardrobe. There are also plans to take the cast to Egypt. "ABC" asked the producers to provide a full picture about the investment and budget requirements for this project.
