Lebanese singer Haifa Wehbe and her husband Egyptian Business man Ahmed Abu Hashima have announced their divorce news today, reported Ofann.

The celeb couple was in love and got married for over 6 years yet they have mutually expressed in a public statement to sustain their friendship and respect after the divorce.

The statement went; "We are saddened to announce that both of us Mr. Ahmed Abu Hashima and Mrs. Haifa Wehbe decided to go our separate ways – The decision is mutual after years of great companionship – it is our duty to issue this official statement to our fans and the media as we have personally released the news of our marriage 4 years ago ... Kindly respect our privacy.

The reasons behind the sudden divorce of Haifa and Abu Hashima have not been disclosed.
