We probably still recall that awkward poster from the 2010 hit horror film "The Last Exorcism" a girl with a body twisted backwards unnaturally and covered in blood, it did cause a buzz then. To the surprise of many that horror indie film brought almost 70 million dollars globally.
Movie goers are still drawn to the horror and mystique of demonic possession films, may be that's why the film got to invest in a sequel despite the promise from the previous title that it was the "last" one.
A teenager was possessed by the demon Abalam and ultimately gives birth but their unholy offspring disposed of by silent hooded men. Now she's in a house for recovering trauma patients in New Orleans, and Abalam has again returned. Nell's roommate, Gwen and a hardy group of demon-relocation specialists attempt to assist her.
"The Last Exorcism Part II is PG-13 if your children are ok with that sort of spiritual and satanic aggression!
