American actress Lindsay Lohan is facing many problems, after a beauty salon sued her for avoiding bills of more than USD 40,000.

"TMZ" website revealed that Lohan hasn't paid a lot of bills in a Las Vegas salon, since 2007.

The case against the young actress was filed after many threats and other legal cases in the last few years. Lindsay has recently been cast in a film about the life of American superstar Elizabeth Taylor.

The case might take away the new role, given that she had a lot of legal problems for her addiction problems, and has been to jail several times.
