Adele is a New Mom to Baby Boy!

Adele gives birth to baby boy

News spread that the 24-year-old British singer Adele and her partner Simon Konecki welcomed their first baby boy on Friday night.

Adele so they say is 'ecstatic' by the baby's arrival. However, her publicist refused to give a statement so the news is still to be affirmed!

Adele's pregnancy news broke back in June by Adele herself writing on her official blog: 'I'm delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together!"

Adele has taken a direct route with her fans to respect her privacy adding "I wanted you to hear the news direct from me, obviously we're over the moon and very excited but please respect our privacy at this precious time. Yours always, Adele xx"

Adele and Simon got close last year and he helped the singer get through her critical throat surgery "I don't think I'd have got through the recovery from surgery if not for him.'

Adele has recently joined the 007 line of singers who took on the heavy task of singing the official sound track of the secret agent popular movie series with Skyfall's theme song.

Congrats to the happy couple!

Skyfall 007 theme song from Adele

British singer Adele has released a preview of her sound track Skyfall for the 007 movie dubbed in the same name, starring Daniel Craig, set for release in November.

Adele signed to write and sing the theme of the latest James Bond film "Skyfall" - her first song following her best-selling album "21" as per Columbia Records, posted Reuters.

Adele, 24, the conqueror of the Grammies with six categories, will release the full song on Friday on her official website to celebrate the Bond film franchise's 50th anniversary and Global James Bond Day.

Mother to be Adele recorded "Skyfall" at London's Abbey Road Studios with a 77-piece orchestra.

Despite the challenge Adele states lightheartedly "it was one of the proudest moments of my life. I'll be backcombing my hair when I'm 60, telling people I was a Bond girl back in the day, I'm sure."

Adele joins a line of iconic singers who made it to the Bond franchise over the past 50 years singing title songs including "Diamonds Are Forever" 1971 singer Shirley Bassey and Sir Paul McCartney in 1979 for "Moonraker," Tina Turner for "Golden Eye" in 1995, Madonna on 2002's "Die Another Day."
