The X Factor is getting a little bit of action now that the rising talents are being voted for the next stage.

However, the surprise of the second episode was a contester who turned out to be the son of grand Kuwati singer Nabil Shoel, Shoel Jr. 17. Shoel sang "Bahebek Wahashteeni" originally by Hussein El Jasmy.

Unfortunately, Shoel Jr. didn't get the nods from the ladies Elissa and Carol Samaha while El Jasmy and Kfoury showed him their support; still he left in tears and refused to be filmed.

Beautiful Lebanese Diva Elissa spent the valentines on her own as she is still unlucky in her search for her significant other.

The star stated she is romantic and dreamy and wishes to finally settle down and raise a family but she is leaving this in the hands of fate, posted ofann.com.

Elissa said that she was less demanding when it came to her ambitions about romance before fame and it would have been much easier to settle down then.

She opened up about falling in love with a man who turned up to be married and that was the sad end of it but she wishes they have met in better circumstances.

The anticipated talent show X Factor, the Arabic version is soon to launch on MTV, Rotana and CBC channels.

The first promo features the first season panel judges Wael Kfoury, Elissa,Hussein El Jasmy and Carol Samaha treading to pose in front of a the Camera next to the celebrated X Factor label.

Lebanese singers Nancy Ajram and Elissa showed up to view the latest collection from Elie Saab for Fashion week in Paris, Wednesday 23, January.

The singers showed up in similar dresses in gray and black in a strange coincidence, showing only that both wore it best.

Basem Yousef's fame has crossed over to Lebanon! As Lebanese diva Elissa expressed her admiration of the satirical ex- surgeon and his political show "El Bernameg."

Elissa is obsessed with Basem and tweeted "he is so talented and his show is amazing."Basem has been the object of many lawsuits calling off his show for his harsh critiques of the Egyptian government and discourteous sheikhs but the court of law ruled in Basem's favor. El Bernameg will go on!

Elissa has finaly released her new music video "Assad Wahda" (The Happiest One) yesterday. Rotana Production Company released the anticipated music video exclusively on its channel Thursday night.

The music video was shot in Beirut for three days by director Selim El Turk who used some innovative CGI techniques and a green screen for special effects.

The video features Elissa dancing with her lover indoors and outdoors. Check it out!

Lebanese Diva Elissa released the first teaser for her new music video " Asaad Wahda" (The Happiest One) yesterday!

The clip features Elissa playing hide and seek with her lover and dancing at a night club. The music video wrapped shoots a month ago but was postponed to release in the New Year.

The upcoming music video is the first one to be shot from her latest album which released last summer.

This is the second collaboration between Elissa and director Bassam El Turk after "Ala Bali" (On My Mind).

Lebanese Star Elissa is getting ready for the release of her latest clip " Asaad Wahda" (The Happiest One)directed by Selim El Turk.

Elissa tweeted a new photo from the clip and promised a Christmas reveal.

The new music video plays on unique features and glamour known to the Lebanese star.

On another note, Elissa will fly to Dubai next week to perform a new year's Eve concert with singer Majed Al Mohandes at the Ritz Carlton hotel.

Elissa is also recording the X Factor episodes with the rest of the celebrity panel with singers Wael Kfoury, Hussien Al Jasmy and Carol Samaha.

Elissa will also participate this Wednesday at the Show "Sawt Al Hayat" with Razan Maghrebi and the panel of judges; Hany Shaker, Samira Saeed and Helmy Bakr.

Lebanese singer Elissa will perform the New Years eve concert in Dubai this year, at the Ritz Carlton hotel with singer Majed Al Mohandes. "Youm7" website reported the singer will present her top sings such as "Abalii Habibi" (My Love on my Mind), "Asaad Wahda" (Happiest One), "Agmal Ehsas" (Best Feeling), "Faker" (Remember), "Masdoma" (Shocked) and others.

Elissa was in the show "X Factor" with Wael Kfouri and singer Carole Samaha on "CBC" channel. The Arabic version is now airing, and the singer revealed she has been anxious being part of the judge panel, as it is a challenging job. However, Elissa revealed she was happy as soon as she heard the voices of the contestants and met her fans.

Lebanese singer Elissa revealed she is attracted to men who have good teeth and radiating smiles, besides having a kind and good personality. "El Shark El Awsat" newspaper reported that Elissa is now more mature and can't be bothered with all the criticism.

Regarding her best relaxation ways she noted that she likes going to New York or Istanbul or even around the mountains in Lebanon. The singer noted she finds solace in these serene places, away from all the pressures. Elissa loves Beirut though, and would not want to leave it for a long period, as she would miss the buzz and crowds of her homeland.
